And finally the infamous bathroom, now I know you are asking what I have been making all the fuss about but trust me it looks far better in the photo, in fact it all looks better in the photos :)
Just imagine that paint finish on everything and I reckon if they could have done they would have actually painted the bath and the sink as well, I can see many happy hours spent stripping those tiles.

No panic attack sounds stupid to me - esp not where the Underground is concerned - I'm just full of admiration that you attempted it.
The new house looks wonderful. I love the garden, and lucky you getting an elderberry tree - cordial, wine, handcream, its wonderful for so many things.
I think you are really brave to do the Underground. I have panic attacks too and you have my complete sympathies. I hope the commute improves for you.
I have the opposite problem with escalators - it's the going up part that freaks me out! My absolute horror in the escalator world is the one at Tate Modern. I'd rather feel claustrophobic in the lift than attempt to get up that escalator... Nice to see pics of the new place; you're quite sure you want to deprive Andy of those lovely pink walls in his music room? ;-)
