better the back pain has gone from the sharp intense pain
to the burning sensation which usually means it is on the
mend.
This was the wonderful parcel I recieved from Becky that cheered my day. It was part of the swap bots magic yarn ball swap. If you haven't checked out this site yet you should it has some interesting swaps going on and most of them are one off swaps.
